Due to the Canada Post strike disruption, we recommend the following to ensure you continue to receive information and billing:
- sign up for connect services to receive important information - sign up to receive utility bills via email - make payments through your financial institution either in branch or online - make payments via etransfer to info@westlake-gladstone.ca - make payments in person at the Municipal Office in Gladstone - sign up for the municipal pre-authorized payment plan
During the strike, utility bills will continue be processed and sent. It is up to the utility user to contact the Municipal office to register for the services above and inquire about amounts due on your account. Langruth and Yellowhead utility billings will be available in June and due June 30th, 2025. Plumas and Gladstone utility billings will be sent in July and due July 31st, 2025.
